Adam Taves, MD

Oncology, Orthopedic/Sports
Dr. Adam Taves is a board-certified radiologist with Radiologic Imaging Consultants. Dr. Taves graduated from Saint Louis University School of Medicine in 2006. He completed a preliminary year at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria, IL. He completed his residency training at the University of Illinois in Chicago in 2011.
Dr. Taves continued his training by completing a Musculoskeletal Imaging Fellowship through the University of Chicago in 2012. His clinical interests include advanced MRI imaging and musculoskeletal imaging.
Amanda Chu, MD

Oncology, Breast and Women’s Imaging
Dr. Amanda Chu is a board-certified Radiologist with Radiology Imaging Consultants. She graduated from Saint Louis University and completed her residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. Dr. Chu completed a fellowship in Breast Imaging at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. Her clinical interests include breast imaging and image-guided breast procedures.
Carl Mazzola, MD

Oncology, Abdominal, Breast and Women’s Imaging
Dr. Mazzola is a board-certified radiologist with Radiologic Imaging Consultants. Dr. Mazzola graduated from Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. Dr. Mazzola continued his fellowship training at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology at Washington University in Saint Louis. His clinical interests include advanced CT and MRI imaging, as well as women’s imaging and procedures.
Christine Geraghty, MD

Oncology, Breast and Women’s Imaging
Dr. Christine Geraghty is a radiologist with Radiologic Imaging Consultants. Dr. Geraghty graduated from the University of Illinois – Champaign Urbana and completed her residency at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology. Dr. Geraghty also completed a fellowship in breast imaging at Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology. Her clinical interests are women’s imaging and procedures, including multi-modality breast biopsy.
Daniel Cohen, MD

Oncology, Abdominal, Breast and Women’s Imaging
Dr. Daniel Cohen is a radiologist and managing partner at Radiologic Imaging Consultants, and the department chairman at SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital-St. Charles. Dr. Cohen served as the Chief of Medical Staff at SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital-St. Charles from 2017 – 2019.
Dr. Cohen graduated from Washington University Medical School. He completed his residency at Massachusetts General Hospital, a Harvard teaching institution, in Boston, MA. Dr. Cohen continued his fellowship training at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology at Washington University in St. Louis. His clinical interests include advanced MRI and CT imaging, as well as women’s imaging and procedures.
Daniel Harwood, MD

Oncology, Vascular and Interventional Radiology
Dr. Daniel Harwood is a board-certified diagnostic and interventional radiologist with expertise in a broad spectrum of minimally invasive, image-guided procedures. He completed his residency and fellowship at the University of New Mexico and brings extensive experience in vascular interventions, interventional oncology, and spine care. Dr. Harwood serves as a Key Opinion Leader for Boston Scientific in embolization and interventional oncology. He is committed to delivering precise, patient- centered care that prioritizes effective outcomes and quality of life.
David Pohl, MD

Oncology, Abdominal, Breast and Women’s Imaging, Nuclear Medicine
Dr. David Pohl is a board-certified radiologist with Radiologic Imaging Consultants. He graduated from Washington University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He is a past president of SLMMS and active in leadership at the MSMA. Dr. Pohl’s clinical interests include nuclear medicine and women’s imaging.
Fazal Majeed, MD

Oncology, Vascular and Interventional Radiology
Dr. M. Fazal Majeed is a board-certified radiologist with Radiologic Imaging Consultants. He graduated from the University of Missouri School of Medicine in Kansas City. Dr. M. Fazal Majeed completed his residency at the University of Missouri-Kansas City hospitals and completed a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at the University of Kansas. His clinical interests are vascular and interventional radiology.
Jonathan Root, MD

Oncology, Thoracic
Dr. Jon Root is a board-certified radiologist with Radiologic Imaging Consultants. He graduated from medical school at Temple University and completed his residencies at the University of Maryland (internal medicine) and the Jewish Hospital of St. Louis (radiology).
Dr. Root also completed a fellowship at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology in St. Louis. His clinical interests include cardiothoracic imaging, including lung screenings. Dr. Root was the Chief of Medical Staff at SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital-St. Charles from 2010 – 2012.
Jordan Gutovich, MD

Neuroradiology
Dr. Jordan Gutovich is a board‑certified radiologist specializing in neuroradiology. He completed his medical degree at Drexel University School of Medicine, followed by a diagnostic radiology residency and neuroradiology fellowship, both at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He brings expertise in advanced imaging of the brain, spine, and head and neck, with a particular interest in stroke imaging.
Lewis Halverson, MD

Oncology, Vascular and Interventional Radiology
Dr. Lewis Halverson is a board-certified radiologist with Radiologic Imaging Consultants. Dr. Halverson graduated from Washington University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the Jewish Hospital of St. Louis. Dr. Halverson served as Radiology Department Chairman from 2000 – 2010. His clinical interest is interventional radiology.
Mahbubul Patwary, MD

Oncology, Vascular and Interventional Radiology
Dr. Mahbubul Patwary is an interventional radiologist with Radiologic Imaging Consultants. Dr. Patwary completed his undergraduate studies at SUNY in Buffalo, New York. He subsequently obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University College of Medicine in June 2011. He completed a Preliminary Surgery Internship from July 2011 through June 2012 at Harbor UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA.
Dr. Patwary completed his Diagnostic Radiology Residency at Richmond University Medical Center in Staten Island, New York (an affiliate of Mount Sinai Hospital and SOM), from July 2012 – June 2016. He graduated from a fellowship in Vascular Interventional Radiology in 2017 at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. His clinical interests are all aspects of vascular and interventional radiology, including interventional oncology, vascular malformations, and pain management.
Mrudula Penta, MD

Neuroradiology
Dr. Mrudula Penta is a board-certified radiologist with Radiologic Imaging Consultants. She graduated from Rice University in Houston, Texas and Stanford University School of Medicine in Palo Alto, California. Dr. Penta completed her residency in diagnostic radiology at University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, Texas and completed a fellowship in neuroradiology at Stanford University School of Medicine. She received additional CAQ certification in Neuroradiology. After completing her training, she joined the faculty at Stanford teaching radiology residents and neuroradiology fellows ultimately as a Clinical Associate Professor. She brings expertise in advanced imaging of the brain, spine, and head and neck.
Scott St. Amour, MD

Oncology, Breast and Women’s Imaging, Nuclear Medicine
Dr. Scott St. Amour is a board-certified radiologist with Radiologic Imaging Consultants. Dr. St. Amour graduated from Rush University Medical College and completed his residency at Jewish Hospital of St. Louis. Dr. St. Amour completed a fellowship in nuclear medicine at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology in St. Louis. His clinical interests include nuclear medicine and PET scans.
Tim Propeck, MD

Orthopedic/Sports, Neuroradiology
Dr. Tim Propeck is a board-certified radiologist with Radiologic Imaging Consultants. He graduated from Boston University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Boston Medical Center.
Dr. Propeck completed a fellowship in musculoskeletal imaging at the University of Michigan. Dr. Propeck’s clinical interests include MRI, CT, nuclear medicine, and ultrasound of the musculoskeletal system. He also performs arthrography and steroid injections of joints on a daily basis.
Xavier Robinson, MD

Oncology, Vascular and Interventional Radiology
Dr. Robinson is a board-certified Diagnostic and Interventional Radiologist with Radiology Imaging Consultants. He received his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He completed residency and fellowship in Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology, Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.
Dr. Robinson’s clinical interests include peripheral vascular disease, gender-specific interventions (prostate artery embolization, uterine fibroid embolization, pelvic congestion), venous diseases, interventional oncology, and musculoskeletal interventions.
Dr. Robinson is a member of organizations such as the Radiological Society of North America, the American Roentgen Ray Society, and the Society for Interventional Radiology.
