Billing Concerns

In order to bill our patients and their health insurance providers for our professional diagnostic radiology interpretation and Interventional services, Radiologic Imaging Consultants receives patient information and examination data from SSM, our hospital and imaging partner. RIC strives to make this billing process as smooth as possible. Unfortunately, given the complexity of healthcare and information technology systems, billing errors can occasionally happen. Our RIC employees and Radiologists promise to work with our patients to correct any errors and address any concerns as quickly and accurately as possible. If you have a question or concern about your account or charges, please contact our office during normal business hours.

Record Request
Our partner, SSM is the official custodian of patient records including copies of imaging and interventional radiology interpretations. Please contact SSM or access the SSM Mychart to obtain this clinical information.
